As a 5 x World and 3 x Australian Professional Pole Champion, I am proud to be recognised as one of Australia’s most accomplished and respected pole athletes and coaches. 

I am still competing and performing at an elite level well into my 50s, including winning Gold in the World Pole Art Championships in 2025 and appearing as a Pole Icon Global Competitor in 2026. 

 Alongside my competitive career, including being a finalist on Australia’s Got Talent, I am a respected international teacher and judge, having taught and judged both nationally and internationally, in person and online.  

 I am known for my ability to break down complex skills into clear, achievable steps, helping students build strength, confidence, and technical foundations while progressing safely.

My passion for developing the next generation of pole professionals led me to create Core Pole Training teacher certification and stand-alone manual, approved by national fitness and Pilates associations.  

 I am also the creator and driving force behind Pole Unity, a competition & performance opportunity celebrating the artistry, athleticism & diversity of the pole community 

As director of Core Fusion Pole Studio , I combine my extensive movement background with elite pole experience to support students and instructors in developing strength, technique, confidence, and performance quality. 

  I love working with students of all levels -  from those just starting their pole journey to advanced performers and competitors. 

I've been helping people move well with Pilates for almost 25 years!

 I discovered Pilates after having my children and experiencing the benefits firsthand nspired me to train as a teacher following a fulfilling professional dance career. 

I continue to expand my knowledge and expertise as a Pilates Practitioner through ongoing professional development and conferences with formal qualifications including a Diploma of Pilates Movement Therapy and Human Movement certification.

I am a Principal Pilates Practitioner with the Pilates Association Australia (PAA) and was invited to present at the PAA  2025 National Conference - a reflection of my experience and respected standing within the Pilates community.

 In 2003 I founded Core Pilates which has grown into my current studio, Core Fusion Pilates & Pole    Working closely with clients over many years has allowed me to develop a wide range of skills, insights and teaching cues to support individual movement needs. Some clients have been training with me for over 20 years, and many for more than a decade — a testament to the lasting impact Pilates has had on their bodies and lives.  

 On a personal level, Pilates has played a vital role in keeping me strong, balanced, allowing me to continue performing and competing in pole at an elite level into my 50s. It was also instrumental in my recovery from an Achilles tendon rupture in 2024, helping me return to the stage just 11 months later.
