Private Pilates sessions offer the opportunity to work one on one with me in a focused and supportive environment.
With almost 25 years experience as a Pilates Practitioner, I have developed a reputation for my keen eye for detail and ability to identify small adjustments that make a significant difference to how your body moves and feels.
Each session is tailored specifically to you - whether your goal is improving strength and mobility, addressing pain or injury, refining movement technique, or simply understanding your body better.
Many of my clients have trained with me for 15–20+ years, a reflection of the trust they place in my guidance and the lasting results they experience both in and out of the studio. Read their testimonials!
Precise instruction, thoughtful progressions and clear explanations helping you feel the difference in your body and develop strength and confidence that carries into everyday life.
Everything is tailored to you - your body, your goals, your progress.

While group classes are wonderful to maintain strength and mobility, private sessions provide an extra level of attention and precision than a larger class setting.

Whether you are completely new to Pilates, returning after injury, or looking to refine your movement with expert guidance, Joanna will work with you to develop a program that supports your body and your goals.

After more than two decades of teaching, I've developed the ability to see what many people miss and created unique magical cues!
Often, it’s the smallest adjustments — a change in alignment, breathing, or muscle engagement — that create the biggest improvements.
Clients frequently notice that something which once felt difficult or uncomfortable suddenly become clear, effective and effortless.
This attention to detail, combined with years of practical teaching experience, is why so many people continue training with me for years — and often decades.

No worries! You can join me and my team at Core Pilates for group Matwork or Reformer classes.
Every student is catered to with individual tips, cues, modifications and progressions so you get the most from your sessions
Please note: Group classes require prior Pilates experience or completion of an introductory session and may not be suitable for some injuries or conditions.
